Mari gold flower which is known as 'Muddabanthi' in Telugu language, These flowers are used in local festivals to decorate the houses, they are vibrant. Without these flowers festivals or any sort of ceremonies are not celebrated in Southern India particularly.in English these are called as Marie gold.

Chrome yellow, Lemon yellow and scarlet red is used to create the tones. They look auspicious and energetic.
